1. General Information Only
The Site is general information about GrayWire and topics that may include business optimization, operations, process improvement, technology, artificial intelligence, software and systems, payment processing, field operations, and business or personal problem-solving.
It’s for information and marketing. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, cybersecurity, regulatory, or other professional advice — and you shouldn’t treat it that way. Talk to a qualified professional before you act on anything you read here.
2. Visiting & Our Relationship
Visiting the Site, sending a contact form, emailing, calling, or otherwise getting in touch does not make you a client. It does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship.
A client relationship starts only with a separate written agreement signed by GrayWire and the client. Until that agreement is in place, don’t send confidential, proprietary, privileged, regulated, or time-sensitive information through the Site or by unsolicited email. We can’t guarantee that information sent before an engagement begins will be treated as confidential.
3. Payments, Technology, and Other Providers
Anything on the Site about payment processing, software platforms, technology providers, AI tools, or other third-party products and services is general. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, GrayWire is not a bank, card network, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, investment adviser, or other regulated financial institution.
Payment processing, banking, software, hosting, telecommunications, AI, and other third-party services may come with their own terms, privacy policies, underwriting, pricing, approvals, and service levels. We don’t control those providers. We aren’t responsible for their products, services, availability, security, acts, omissions, or decisions.
4. Anything AI and Automated Tools
We deliver AI-Enabled solutions. We believe AI is incredibly powerful, effective, inevitable and somewhat Evil, so you must know that AI, machine learning, automation, and tools like them can get it wrong — incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or just unexpected. Nothing on the Site guarantees that any of those tools is suitable, accurate, secure, legal, or the right fit for a particular job. Human review, testing, governance, and professional advice still matter.
5. There Are No Guarantees
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside GrayWire’s control. Examples, case studies, past work, projections, estimates, testimonials, or statements about potential benefits are illustrations. They do not promise or guarantee a particular result, savings, revenue, efficiency, performance, or outcome.
6. Accuracy and Subjective Beliefs
We try to keep what’s on the Site useful and current. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, reliable, timely, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Information can go stale. Also, we express our strongly held beliefs, which may change over time; probably not by much, though. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.
7. Links to Other Sites
The Site may link to websites, platforms, or resources run by other people. Links are there for convenience. A link is not necessarily an endorsement. We don’t control third-party content, terms, privacy practices, security, or availability, and we aren’t responsible for them. You use those resources at your own risk--but you already knew that.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless we say otherwise, the Site and what’s on it — text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, software, and other materials — belong to GrayWire or our licensors, and intellectual-property law protects them.
We give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Site for your own personal or internal business information. Don’t copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, make derivative works from, sell, license, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except as the law already allows.
GrayWire names, logos, slogans, and other brand features are trademarks or trade dress of GrayWire or their owners. Using the Site does not give you a license to use them.
9. Acceptable Use
Don’t do bad stuff. Don’t use the Site to break the law; infringe someone else’s rights; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with how the Site runs; submit false or misleading information; harvest information; or hit the our precious Site with automated tools in a way that puts an unreasonable load on our systems.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The next two sections are typically written in CAPITAL LETTERS, so we do the same. It doesn’t change the meaning, though: the Site is provided as-is, and our liability is limited.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. GRAYWIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND SECURITY.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or secure. As a matter of fact, it probably has some bugs we havent found yet. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law and Venue
Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute over the Site ends up in court, you and GrayWire consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Severability; No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version goes on this page with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent the law allows.
