This Privacy Policy covers how GrayWire Optimization, doing business as GrayWire (“GrayWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit GoGrayWire.com (the “Site”), submit a contact form, or receive related marketing from us.
This Policy is for Site visitors and people who contact us about our services. It does not govern information we handle under a separate client engagement, vendor agreement, employment relationship, or other contract that has its own notice or terms.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you submit the contact form, write to us, subscribe, or otherwise get in touch, we may collect:
- name;
- email address and telephone number;
- country, state, city, and ZIP or postal code;
- business or organization information you choose to provide;
- the services or topics that interest you;
- the contents of your inquiry and later communications;
- marketing preferences and records of your consent; and
- any other information you voluntarily provide.
Don’t submit Social Security numbers, financial-account or payment-card information, health information, government identifiers, passwords, trade secrets, or other sensitive or regulated information through the Site’s general contact form.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our web server, hosting provider, and technical vendors may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- browser type, device type, operating system, and language;
- referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of requests;
- approximate location derived from an IP address; and
- error, security, and diagnostic information.
This generally comes from ordinary server logs and the Site doing its job. As of the Effective Date, we do not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics on the public Site. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive business contact information from referrals, professional contacts, public business records, or service providers, and combine it with what we already have, as the law allows.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- answer you and stay in touch;
- figure out whether GrayWire’s services are a fit;
- schedule and hold an introductory conversation;
- run, improve, and secure the Site;
- send newsletters, updates, or other marketing where you’ve consented or the law otherwise allows;
- keep business records, including preferences and consent;
- detect, investigate, and stop spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
- comply with law, legal process, and enforceable requests; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
3. Who We Share It With
We may disclose personal information to the following kinds of recipients, for the purposes above:
- Service providers. Hosting, server administration, email, contact-form processing, communications, IT, cybersecurity, data storage, and similar vendors who process information for us.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and other advisers when we reasonably need them.
- Business transactions. A potential or actual buyer, investor, lender, successor, or other party in a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar deal — with appropriate protections where required.
- Authorities and others. Government bodies, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required or permitted by law; needed to protect rights, safety, or property; or needed to investigate fraud, security issues, or unlawful conduct.
- At your direction. Other parties when you ask us to share, or give us permission.
We do not sell personal information for money. As of the Effective Date, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use the Site for targeted advertising.
4. Cookies, Server Logs, and External Resources
The Site may use cookies or similar tools when reasonably needed for security or technical operation. As of the Effective Date, the public pages we reviewed do not intentionally set analytics, advertising, or preference cookies. Ordinary web-server logs are not cookies, but they may contain the technical information described above.
The Site currently pulls certain font files from Google Fonts. When your browser connects to Google to get those files, Google may receive technical request information — your IP address, browser details, the file requested, the referring URL, and the time. Google handles that under its own privacy terms. More information is in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Marketing Communications
If you ask to receive marketing, we may use your contact information to send it. You can opt out at any time — use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email, or email grow@GoGrayWire.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
After you opt out, we may keep limited information needed to honor that request. You may still get non-marketing messages about an inquiry, an existing relationship, security, or other transactional matters.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this Policy — answering inquiries, keeping business and consent records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. How long depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. We may keep deidentified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps — administrative, technical, and organizational — designed to protect personal information. That said: nothing sent over the Internet, and nothing stored electronically, is completely secure. We can’t guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and give you access to it;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information;
- provide a portable copy of certain information; or
- restrict or object to certain processing.
Some U.S. state laws also give you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling. GrayWire does not currently sell personal information or use the Site for targeted advertising.

We may take reasonable steps to verify who you are, and your authority, before we fulfill a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where the law permits, and we will explain the basis when required.
If applicable law allows an authorized agent to act for you, we may request proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard covering all of them. Because the Site does not currently do cross-site behavioral tracking for advertising, we do not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use targeted advertising, that kind of signal may not change how the Site behaves today.
California “Shine the Light”
California Civil Code section 1798.83 may let California residents request certain information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes. GrayWire does not disclose personal information to third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is for business owners, operators, and other adults — not for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal information, tell us so we can deal with it.
10. Other People’s Sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and GrayWire is not responsible for their privacy practices. Read the applicable third party’s privacy notice before you provide information.
11. International Visitors
GrayWire is based in Florida, United States. The Site is aimed primarily at people in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in and transferred to the United States, where privacy laws may differ from yours.
This Policy, on its own, is not meant to satisfy legal regimes that apply when an organization intentionally offers goods or services to, or monitors people in, those jurisdictions. If GrayWire starts actively targeting those places, this Policy and our practices should be reviewed first.
12. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on this page and change the Effective Date. If the law requires it, we will give additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
